While we look for exceptional students who have demonstrated strong academic and personal achievement and who exhibit drive and a commitment to excellence, we recognize that academic achievement is but one important quality. When hiring, we also take into account prior work experience and look for candidates who possess character, dynamic interpersonal skills and strong judgment, and who we believe will inspire confidence in their peers and, ultimately, their clients.
As a firm, we embrace our core values of integrity, determination, creativity, effectiveness and community, and seek candidates who embody the same.
How to Apply
We conduct on-campus interviews at a number of schools and job fairs. If we will be visiting your school during the recruiting season, please submit your resume and transcript through your school’s career services office. In the event that you are not able to interview with us on campus, or we do not visit your school, please apply directly to us. In sending us your application, please include your resume and law school transcript as part of your application package.
Unfortunately, we are unable to respond individually to each applicant given the high volume of applications we receive.
First-Year Law Students
First-year law students should apply on or after December 1.
Third-Year Law Students
While we typically fill the majority of our entry-level associate needs through our summer program, we occasionally interview 3L candidates to supplement the following year’s incoming class. Third-year law students may submit their application materials, inclusive of resume and law school transcript, for consideration.
