'Let Right Be Done': When Prosecutors Have a Higher Duty

Too often injustices have occurred where the proof of the injustice isn't uncovered until many years later –sometimes too late. Miriam Moskowitz, convicted and jailed during the Red Scare, is 98 years old, and still maintaining her innocence. The extremely compelling evidence of the injustice of her conviction has only surfaced in recent years. What's the duty of a prosecutor -- even a prosecutor who had nothing to do with the injustice (in fact, wasn't even born yet) – when faced with such a situation?
