- Enforcement of the entire spectrum of creditors’ rights in secured, unsecured, public or private, and taxable and tax-exempt debt, through representation of lender and investor syndicates, individual creditors, informal committees, or official creditors' committees in Chapter 11 cases. Our committees frequently consist of a mix of institutional lenders, public and private bondholders, par and secondary holders, trade creditors, governmental agencies, lessors, landlords and other unsecured creditors.
- Expertise in lender, investor and borrower representations, commercial lending, lease finance, capital markets transactions, structured finance, project finance, and debtor-in-possession financings.
- Expertise in the legal aspects of risk-management, derivatives, and investment management, including the structuring and financing of asset-backed and securitized vehicles.
