Timothy Gilman is Head of Stroock’s Patent Litigation Practice. Tim’s practice focuses on providing the highest quality results for his clients in patent and other intellectual property matters. While concentrating on litigation and trial work, he also routinely counsels clients on negotiation and licensing efforts and on portfolio-level strategies. In addition to robust U.S. court experience, Tim’s work includes tackling international IP issues. He has handled international arbitrations and coordinated counterpart proceedings around the globe.
