Samantha van der Bunt is an associate in the firm’s Private Funds Practice Group. Samantha counsels investment managers in connection with the formation, structuring, placement and operation of private equity funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, funds of funds and hedge funds.
Samantha provides general corporate and regulatory advice on Investment Advisers Act and other securities law issues. She also counsels clients in connection with the establishment and ongoing operations of compliance programs, including reviewing and drafting Form ADVs, compliance manuals and other regulatory filings.
