Shifra Herzberg focuses on sophisticated estate planning, estate administration and business succession planning for high-net-worth clients. She drafts customized documents for clients to dispose of their assets in a tax efficient manner that achieves their personal objectives. Shifra also counsels clients in the planning, implementation and administration of multi-generational wealth transfer strategies that are consistent with their overall family goals and values.

Shifra provides comprehensive advice to clients on gift and estate tax and their respective tax returns, generation-skipping transfer tax and charitable giving. In addition, she helps clients in the formation and administration of private foundations.
