Mario Marin litigates commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. He represents clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and arbitration involving securities and investment-related fraud, antitrust claims, contractual and real estate disputes, business torts, and False Claims Act and qui tam actions.

In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Mario manages all aspects of the administration of the receivership estate along with coordinating matters concerning the estate with Federal agencies and the District Court.  Mario also focuses on ERISA litigation, representing employers, insurers, and employee benefit plans defending against life, health, and disability benefits claims.

Mario has experience representing a wide array of financial services companies in state and federal litigation defending against individual and class claims brought pursuant to RESPA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, FCCPA and TCPA. Additionally, he has defended mortgage lenders, servicers, and other financial services providers against borrower complaints alleging violations of state statutes, wrongful foreclosures, and debt collection statutes.
