Lee practices in the firm’s national litigation group and has particular experience with business and real estate disputes. He is admitted to practice in both New York and Washington, D.C.

Having earned his B.B.A. and B.A. at the University of Michigan, Lee was a summer associate at Stroock before completing his J.D. at Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He also earned his LL.M. with Distinction in International Business Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science.  

During law school Lee completed internships with the U.S. Department of Justice and the California Attorney General’s Office and externed with U.S. Magistrate Judge Ramon E. Reyes of the Eastern District of New York. Following law school Lee was a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office prior to clerking for Chief Judge Mary Ellen Barbera of the Maryland Court of Appeals.
