Lisa Pach has more than 25 years’ experience as a litigator and trial attorney, including a longtime role as an in-house litigation coverage counsel at a large insurance company.

She advises clients on all aspects of insurance coverage litigation pending  in federal and state trial and appellate courts across the country. Lisa’s practice includes all lines of insurance including first-party and third-party coverage and bad-faith claim handling issues. Through the years, Lisa has represented clients on construction defect, environmental contamination, mass tort, abuse, professional lines, health care, long-term care, standard lines, advertising and personal injury, uninsured motorist and first-party property matters.

Lisa has extensive experience in client, expert and third-party depositions, drafting and arguing contested and dispositive motions, and participating in mediation and settlement conferences. Additionally, she draws on her 17 years as an in-house attorney to provide unique insight regarding pre-suit counseling with respect to claims handling, coverage opinions  and consultations with underwriting as well as litigation strategy and trial preparation. Lisa’s awareness and understanding of insurance industry practices combined with her deep litigation knowledge allow her to provide clients with a distinct advantage and perspective.
