 Lorie Soares Lazarus  is a sophisticated transactional real estate  attorney with significant depth of experience representing real estate investors of all types, including institutional lenders, borrowers, domestic and international commercial banks, investment funds, REITs, other private equity investors and their advisors, and other investors and property owners, in connection with a wide variety of commercial real estate transactional matters nationwide.
