Lorie Soares Lazarus  is a sophisticated real estate finance attorney with significant depth of experience representing institutional lenders, borrowers and investors, including domestic and international commercial banks, investment funds, REITs and other private equity investors and their advisors in connection with a wide variety of commercial real estate finance and related matters nationwide.
