Katherine Nuñez is an associate in Stroock’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. Katherine’s practice covers a wide range of transactional matters, representing institutional traders, investors and private companies in a variety of debt financing transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions.  She has an active pro bono practice focusing on nonprofit mergers and acquisitions, family law matters and supporting clients committed to promoting equity in education. She co-chairs the firm’s Attorneys of Color Affiliation Group and works closely with firm management on issues of interest, recommends ways to enhance existing programs and introduces new initiatives.
