Kayley McGrath’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Kayley has experience litigating complex real estate disputes, breach of contract claims, government investigation matters, and insurance and other commercial matters. Kayley counsels financial institutions, real estate developers, and other business entities in all phases of litigation from inception through appeal, and has also represented clients in administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

Kayley’s pro bono practice concentrates on representing children with special needs in securing appropriate educational services and school placements, including litigating disability discrimination claims. Kayley also maintains an active pro bono practice advising low-income tenants in New York City concerning housing issues.
