Isaac Sasson is an associate in Stroock’s Financial Restructuring Practice Group, where he represents creditors, ad hoc committees, private equity funds, and private companies in distressed situations. Isaac’s practice focuses on restructuring and creditor’s rights across an array of industries, including entertainment, retail and energy.

He also has significant experience in bankruptcy and complex litigation.
