Ida focuses on the negotiation of commercial leases, subleases and licenses on behalf of both landlords and tenants for office, retail, co-working, parking facility and warehouse spaces, as well as food halls and marketplaces in New York City and throughout the country.

Ida also has experience in other areas of real estate, including construction, acquisitions, dispositions and joint venture work.  Prior to joining Stroock, Ida worked in the real estate groups of several large New York City law firms and as an in-house real estate counsel for a tax credit intermediary.

Representations include a New York City institutional landlord in connection with the initial lease-up of 250 West 55th Street, a developer in connection with the purchase, financing and lease-up of a food hall in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and an Israeli public company in the lease-up of office space on Madison Avenue.
