Heather Purdy is an associate in Stroock’s real estate group and a member of the firm’s hospitality and leisure practice. Her practice focuses on transaction structuring, financing, acquisition and development activities in the hospitality and lodging industry, with a special focus on the drafting and negotiating of hotel management agreements and related documents.
Heather represents hospitality owners, operators and developers in the selling, buying, developing, financing and managing of hotels and resorts. She also assists clients in matters ranging from the raising of capital to the formation of joint ventures. In addition, Heather is well versed in other areas of real estate, including in the retail, multi-family, industrial and office property categories.
