Greg Springsted is an intellectual property associate in Stroock’s New York office. Greg focuses his practice on patent litigation, and has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical industries. Greg has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit analysis and strategy, discovery and depositions, claim construction, summary judgment, trial and appeal. Greg has also represented clients in USPTO inter partes review proceedings.
Greg’s pro bono representation includes veterans seeking discharge upgrade, transgender immigrants seeking asylum and felony criminal appellants, whom he has represented in oral argument before the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
