Emily Kuznick focuses her practice on financial restructuring and represents bondholders, lenders, investors, official committees of unsecured creditors, equity holders, debtors, and other stakeholders in distressed situations, both in and out of court. Emily also has significant experience in bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation, as well as claims trading.

Emily is the co-chair of the firm’s SSLGBT Affinity Group.
