Liz DiMichele specializes in providing comprehensive legal counsel and support to clients with respect to all aspects of employment law. In her role as a counselor to human resources professionals and in-house counsel navigating local, state, and federal laws, she focuses on providing practical and effective advice that minimizes risk and promotes the best interests of her clients. She has significant expertise in negotiating and drafting all types of employment-related agreements.
Liz has defended clients in litigation, arbitration, and before government agencies. Liz also works closely and collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines to formulate creative solutions to client issues. She also has meaningful transactional experience, regularly lending specialized employment law advice to issues that arise in the structuring, negotiation, drafting, and implementation of corporate sales, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
