Tina Milburn is an associate in Stroock’s litigation department, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.

Her experience includes breach of contract and insurance disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation, union and collective bargaining issues and civil rights matters, including a major Title VII class action.  

Tina is also an active pro bono counsel.  Her pro bono representations include the National Institute for Reproductive Health, the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund’s Name-Change Project and Her Justice.
