  • A joint venture managed by Lendlease and L&M Development Partners in obtaining construction financing from global financial services firm Barings, on behalf of its managed accounts, for the development of 100 Claremont Avenue into a 354,000-square-foot mixed-use building in the cultural and academic neighborhood of Morningside Heights.
  • A fund advisor in the formation of a joint venture for the development and financing of a mixed-use development within a qualified opportunity zone in College Park, MD.
  • A joint venture in the negotiation of the $138 million construction financing for the development of a multifamily complex in Jersey City, NJ.
  • A fund advisor in connection with the $1.65 billion sale of an office building located in Manhattan.
  • A fund advisor in connection with the $350 million financing of a shopping mall located in Honolulu, HI.
  • The lender in connection with a $135 million financing secured by a portfolio of ground leases in Boston, MA.
