Daniel Lewkowicz is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses on representing institutions facing complex breach of contract claims, employment disputes, regulatory enforcement and government investigations.

Daniel has dealt with matters involving copyright infringement, products liability and the First Amendment. He recently worked on a high-profile case involving a well-known mobile app in a dispute falling under the Commercial Decency Act.

Daniel has worked on large class action matters in both state and federal courts.
