Andrew Owens is a financial services lawyer with a focus on the retail payment card industry. Andrew’s advice is critical to his clients’ success, helping them develop financial programs and expansion initiatives that achieve business goals while meeting complex regulatory requirements.

Andrew is best known for practical representation on federal and state regulation of consumer credit, including the Truth in Lending Act, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, the Fair Credit Reporting act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, E-Sign, and the Service members Civil Relief Act.
