Allissa Kerr is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, where she assists clients in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing of various commercial real estate assets. Allissa also represents clients in hospitality and leisure-related transactions, including the negotiation of franchise and management contracts between hotel owners and operators.
Allissa’s pro bono service has included successfully assisting a non-profit animal rescue in its negotiations with U.S. Customs to transport abused dogs from South Korea to the United States, providing guidance to non-profit organizations with legal issues concerning the providing of and access to reproductive healthcare and advocating for children with special education needs to help them secure educational services.
