Arthur Herskowitz advises and represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including union and collective bargaining issues, government investigations, and e-discovery. He also counsels clients in insurance cases.

Arthur focuses his pro bono work on housing issues affecting low-income tenants in New York City. He is the co-chair of the firm’s SSLGBT Affinity Group.
