Arthur Herskowitz advises and represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including union and collective bargaining issues, government investigations, and complex e-discovery. He also counsels clients in insurance cases.


Arthur focuses his pro bono work on housing issues affecting low-income tenants in New York City, and is the head of the Firm’s Housing Rights group. He is the co-chair of the firm’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Group and is a member of the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council.
