Sharon Soloff focuses on domestic and international gift, estate and tax planning for individuals and their families, including multi-generational business succession planning and inter-generational family agreements. She advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries on trust and estate administration, including probate and accounting matters. In addition, she has extensive experience representing taxpayers in federal estate and gift tax audits.

She regularly represents clients in connection with the creation and structuring of charitable entities and in the negotiation and implementation of agreements between individuals or their foundations and public charities.
