Jason Pierce's practice involves representing lenders, bondholders, investors, acquirers, DIP lenders and official creditors’ committees in restructurings of financially distressed companies in chapter 11 and in out-of-court financial restructurings. Mr. Pierce also represents hedge funds, private equity funds, banks and large institutional investors in the development and implementation of distressed investment strategies.
