Dale Degenshein has over 25 years of experience in cooperative and condominium matters. She has represented and advised more than 100 cooperatives, condominiums, homeowners' associations, and developers on a range of issues. Ms. Degenshein counsels in the areas of breach of fiduciary duty; preparation, review and interpretation of governing documents; housing discrimination, reasonable accommodations for disabilities; claims involving apartment owners, developers, boards and individual board members; and transactions.

Prior to joining Stroock in 2007, Ms. Degenshein was a founding partner of the law firm Cantor, Epstein & Degenshein LLP, where she had represented cooperatives and condominiums since 1995.
