Stroock Announces Representation of Commodities Exchange Members in Connection with MF Global, Inc. Liquidation Proceedings
November 10, 2011, New York, NY… Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP announced today that it has been retained by a group of futures and commodities members from NYMEX and COMEX in connection with the liquidation proceedings of MF Global, Inc. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The group is led by David Rosen and Daniel Shak.
