Quyen Truong quoted in "Time Running Out on Bid to Repeal Prepaid-card Rule"

Quyen Truong, a partner in Stroock’s Financial Services/Class Action Practice Group, was quoted in a Bloomberg Law: Banking article that discusses the window of opportunity for congressional Republicans to repeal a new federal rule aimed at protecting consumers who use prepaid cards.  The deadline is May 11, which may be too soon for the repeal effort to prevail.  To read the article, please click here.
