In his latest article for the New York Law Journal, election lawyer Jerry Goldfeder discusses the possibility of a coronavirus-related disruption of the November elections and proposes steps to safeguard the process.

“It is not paranoia to prepare for a disrupted presidential election,” Jerry writes. “Especially now, when the prospect of ongoing quarantines from the coronavirus may jeopardize voting in November, it is especially irresponsible not to consider contingency plans."
