Real Estate Partner Trevor Adler and Associate Ida Phair represented the New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board (NYCIRB) in negotiations for a new 20-year lease relocating their headquarters to the entire 30,166-square-foot eighth floor space at 875 Third Avenue owned by the Global Holdings Management Group.
NYCIRB, a non-partisan, non-profit, unincorporated association of insurance carriers, is the premier resource and authority for workers’ compensation insurance analytics, information, research, and actuarially-based loss costs in New York State. In a statement, Jeremy Attie, President, and Chief Executive Officer of NYCIRB says, “Global Holdings Management Group stood out to us as a discerning owner from the very first tour; they have worked hard to ensure 875 Third remains a premier address in New York’s corporate heart.”
