New York, June 26, 2020 – Stroock’s national Real Estate Group advised a joint venture managed by Lendlease and L&M Development Partners in obtaining construction financing from global financial services firm Barings, on behalf of its managed accounts, for the development of 100 Claremont Avenue into a 354,000-square-foot mixed-use building in the cultural and academic neighborhood of Morningside Heights.

Upon completion, 100 Claremont Avenue will boast a mix of condominium residences, as well as modern classrooms, academic offices and faculty-designated housing.

“This is an exciting day as it marks the culmination of over five years of work and the achievement of a critical milestone in the development of 100 Claremont,” noted Karen Scanna, partner at Stroock.
