Stroock Guides Building in Headquarters Relocation of Family Support Nonprofit

Partner Trevor Adler and Associate Ida Phair advised the owner of the office condominium portion of 825 Seventh Avenue, which is a joint venture between Vornado Realty Trust and Edward J. Minskoff Equities, in a long-term headquarters occupancy agreement with New Alternatives for Children (NAC).
NAC is a nonprofit that helps families raising children with complex medical conditions. NAC founder and executive director Arlene Goldsmith tells Real Estate Weekly, “Our relocation to this magnificent new headquarters space will enable us to showcase how we provide specialized, innovative programming enabling children with disabilities lead their fullest, most rewarding lives.”
