New York (June 28, 2018) —Stroock’s National Real Estate group has advised Industry City in its agreement with the Department of Records and Information Services (DORIS) for 132,000-square-feet of space at 167 41 Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn – also known as Building 20 of the Industry City complex.
The lease for DORIS, which includes warehouse and ancillary office and exhibition space, is for 20 years. DORIS has been a long-time tenant at Industry City. Its previous lease was for 127,406 square feet on two floors in Building 19.
The Stroock team that represented Industry City includes partner Ross Moskowitz, senior attorney Ken Theil and associate Evan Babcock. The firm regularly represents Industry City with respect to lease matters to municipal users.
