In a recent article for Bisnow, Stroock Real Estate Partner Ross Moskowitz comments on the scrutiny, price negotiations and rising risks as more professional sports teams look to upgrade or develop new stadiums.
“The optics, narrative, become very much part of the conversation now,” Ross states for Bisnow. “There's a bigger light on the project now. It gives them more pause. Government can't be wrong if they say no.”
