Turnaround Management Association

Kristopher Hansen, the chair of Stroock’s nationwide Financial Restructuring Group, has won a 2018 Turnaround and Transaction of the Year award from the Turnaround Management Association in the mega company category.
 
Hansen was honored for his work on the $20 billion Caesars Entertainment Operating Company Inc. bankruptcy cases, which involved the Caesars Palace Las Vegas casino and related entertainment empire, including Harrah’s, Bally’s and Planet Hollywood.
 
The awards recognize the most successful turnarounds and impactful transactions in the past year. The Turnaround Management Association is a global nonprofit made up of turnaround and corporate renewal professionals.
