Goldfeder discusses the New York City Board of Elections’ recent ballot count debacle, where 135,000 sample ballots were included in the New York City Democratic mayoral primary ranked-choice tally. Goldfeder looks at the flawed system, calls out the problems and then offers some viable solutions to fix the system for future elections.
