Election lawyer Jerry Goldfeder was recently quoted in a Delaware Law Weekly/Law.com article titled “Delaware GOP Launches Constitutional Challenge to Mail-In Voting System.”
Jerry weighed in on a complaint from the Republican State Committee and others, which argues there is not enough proof that Delaware’s move to expand mail-in voting is essential to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
“Of course the states should be permitted to expand voters’ ability to cast a ballot in a variety of ways,” he said.
