In an article in Legaltech news, Stroock’s chief information officer Neeraj Rajpal discusses how COVID-19-mandated remote working may have caused firms to rely more on awareness campaigns rather than new technology purchases.

“I think it was more of just making sure the people knew we had those technologies at our finger tips, like collaboration tools. … It was really just a matter of reminding people that we had those tools available as opposed to buying something that we didn’t really have,” he said.
