In a New York Law Journal article entitled “What Does the ‘Giuliani’ Decision Teach Us,” Stroock senior counsel Joel Cohen considers the New York Appellate Division’s interim suspension of Rudolph Giuliani from the practice of law. Despite our hope that lawyers will zealously advocate for their clients, Cohen argues that Giuliani went too far in claiming that the election was stolen from Trump despite the absence of evidence to prove the allegations.
