Chris Griner, the co-managing partner of Stroock’s Washington, DC office and chair of Stroock’s National Security/CFIUS/Compliance Group, was quoted in a South China Morning Post article that discusses the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) annual report to Congress, published on September 20, which stated that Chinese deals made up 29 of the 143 transactions that it reviewed in 2015, the most recent year data was available.  To read the article, please click here.
