About the Authors

Stroock Special Counsel Jerry Goldfeder’s expertise in New York election law spans a 40-year career in election law and voting rights. He has served as chair of both the New York City Bar Association's Election Law Committee and the New York State Bar Association's Task Force on Voting Rights. He serves as Special Advisor to the American Bar Association's Election Law Committee and teaches election law at Fordham University School of Law, where he serves as Director of its Voting Rights and Democracy Project.
