Anita Rosenbloom, chair of the Private Client Services Group and a member of Stroock’s Diversity & Inclusion Council, advises high net worth clients with billion-dollar+ estates across multiple generations. Anita is exceptionally skilled in structuring and overlaying estate plans on business plans for owners of family-controlled entities in wide-ranging industries, especially the real estate and private fund/investment management arenas. She advises on acquisition and disposition of interests by decedent estates and trusts, and the administration of complex multigenerational trusts, charitable gift programs and foundations. Anita also deftly transforms problematic ancestral estate plans to optimize the value of clients’ estates for future generations. Anita is a co-author of PLI’s leading treatise on state, gift and generation-skipping tax with deep knowledge of tax laws and their implications.
