For the third year in a row, Stroock's Co-Managing Partner Alan Klinger, Partner Dina Kolker and Special Counsel Jerry Goldfeder have been named to City & State New York’s “2023 Law Power 100” list holding the #12 spot in recognition of their service and leadership as members of New York's legal community.

Alan Klinger oversees the firm’s representation of clients that interact with the various levels of federal, state and city government, leading the firm’s representation of public employee unions. Alan provides outside counsel to, among others, the United Federation of Teachers, Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association, DC 37, Council of School Supervisors & Administrators and New York City Employees Union Local 237 Funds. Alan is a member of NYU Law School Board of Trustees, a board member of NYU Labor & Employment Center, and a board member of Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. 

Dina Kolker focuses on public sector labor relations, working with some of New York City's most significant benefit funds and public employee unions including United Federation of Teachers, Association of Legislative Employees, Council of School Supervisors & Administrators, and the Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Union, Local 831 IBT, as well as New York City's Municipal Labor Committee, a consortium of the City’s municipal unions.

Jerry Goldfeder ranks as one of the state’s top election law experts, representing members of Congress, the New York State legislature, New York’s City Council, members of the judiciary, as well as unions, not-for-profits, and a variety of groups on local, state and federal campaign finance law, lobbying compliance and governmental procedures. He serves as Director of the Fordham Law School Voting Rights and Democracy Project and was previously Special Counsel for Public Integrity to the New York State Attorney General.
