Stroock attorneys James Bernard and Joel Cohen will be participating in the Fordham Law School CLE "Ethics for In-House Counsel: New Developments & Future Challenges." The program will take place March 20, 2014 in New York, NY.
Mr. Bernard will moderate the panel discussion "Recent Ethics Developments: A Quiz Show" at 1:00pm. Topics will include privilege in the context of parent/subsidiary relationships, who controls the privilege when a business is sold, multi-jurisdiction practice of law rules and recent ethics opinions on the use of technology.
Mr. Cohen will moderate the panel discussion "Avoiding Pitfalls when Interviewing Employees: Upjohn and Other Ethical Constraints" at 2:00pm.
