Bedbugs, rodents, and other pests: A chronic problem for New York City residents and managers. Knowing how to eradicate them most effectively can save you significant headaches, not to mention costs.
In this seminar, representatives from New York City Department of Health will discuss what you need to know about pests, best practices in dealing with them, and any health risks. REBNY member Noreen McKenna will describe her experiences and focus on coop boards. Lastly, REBNY member Eva Talel will describe legal issues relevant to pest control and your residents.
There will be coffee and continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and the presentation will begin at 9:00 a.m.
