We support a variety of Affinity Groups that promote the personal and professional growth of members throughout their careers. These groups also enhance cultural awareness, strengthen mentoring relationships and open networking opportunities.
Any of our lawyers may form an Affinity Group, with the review and approval of the Diversity Committee. All groups are open to all lawyers in all offices, and group members range from first-year associates to senior partners. The open-membership policy has led to a number of initiatives to promote business skills and career development.
We encourage ideas and feedback from the Affinity Groups, which help inform the Diversity Committee and our firm about emerging issues. This ongoing dialogue is both a core value and a key component of our efforts to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion.
