Evaluation and Feedback

The administrative partner for each of our practice groups provides associates and special counsel in their group with a semi-annual performance review that assesses the attorney’s overall professional development. The administrative partner speaks with each partner and senior lawyer with whom the associate or special counsel worked during the relevant period (both in and outside of their practice group). We have found that this personal approach offers a complete picture of the lawyer’s progress and enables us to give detailed feedback in a timely manner. Practice groups also conduct peer and upward reviews once a year.
