We are an interdisciplinary team that provides broad counseling and litigation services to corporate clients and individuals in the entertainment industry, with a long track record of success.
Our group advises on matters that involve the intersection of entertainment, IP and media law, including privacy and publicity rights, trademark and copyright protection and infringement, defamation, commercial disputes and California’s anti-SLAPP statute. We also advise on how new technologies impact risk management plans. We are one of the few entertainment teams with extensive trial and appellate experience, having represented clients in connection with a variety of high-profile and industry precedent-setting litigation matters.
