Stroock partner Laura Goldbard George and associate Binni Shah were published in the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal for their article titled “The First Amendment: Apparent Immunity From Trademark Infringement?”

The authors cover the Rogers test, various circuits’ approaches to resolving tension between the First Amendment and the Lanham Act, and the U.S. Supreme Court’s continued silence on the matter.
